I like the 3-series GT more than the 4-series GC.

I think BMW is on to something, the design just needs some refining.

But you may be right. The 3 GT only works with Sportline, I saw the 4 GC today and thought it was too compressed.

Also, the 3 GT has more legroom.

Second confession: I love sedans, and think that unless a two door has a convertible variant or is a two seater, they should be 4-door Coupes. So Im fine with the Accord but think the Accord Coupe should have 4-doors. Pitchforks and pre-lit torches are to your left.

I get it. On the one hand, I do like how German sedan-sedans are very unassuming and understated (see 5-series or S-Class). On the other hand, I love German coupe-sedans and their sleek flowing lines (see CLS). So I agree with you I guess?

It is getting damned ridiculous that they can sell 15 different variations on the sedan with or without the fastback hatch.

Yet the 2-series coupe still has a dinky little trunk lid, rather than being a 3-door fastback coupe.

2, 4, and 6 coupes all have trunk lids, despite not needing a higher sedan roofline, not one of them has the advantage of a fastback hatch, but X6 an have a double-opening trunk AND hatch, and X4 can have a hatch, too, and not have a distinct advantage over an X5 or X3 respectively.

Does that seem right to you?
